Attendance Procedures
In order to
initiate improved parental engagement at home varsity football games, the
Gulfport school District is making procedural changes to student attendance at
games. The Gulfport School District believes that these changes will support a
family friendly event that reinforces price in the Gulfport Community.
Ticket Prices:
* General Admission - $7
Student Big Blue Pass - $20
Adult Big Blue Pass - $75
Football Season Tickets - $70
Big Blue/Football Season Ticket Combination - $110
*Big Blue
Passes provide admission to all regular season home games for all sports for
the 2022-2023 school year.
Elementary Age Student and Below:
All students
entering Milner Stadium who are in middle school or younger must be accompanied
by a paying adult.
Middle School Students:
· Bayou View Middle School and Gulfport
Central Middle School students can purchase tickets for $5 at school on
Thursday and Friday of a Home Game Week. Students can only purchase tickets for
themselves. If purchasing a $5 ticket at school, students do not have to be
accompanied by an adult.
· Bayou View Middle School and Gulfport
Central Middle School students who purchase tickets at the gate will be charged
$7 and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
High School Students:
· Gulfport High School Students can
purchase tickets for $5 at school on Thursday and Friday of a Home Game Week.
Students can only purchase tickets for themselves.
· Gulfport High School Students who
purchase tickets at the gate will be charged $7.
· All Gulfport High School Students
must present their Student ID along with their ticket or Big Blue Pass at the
gate in order to enter.
Non-Gulfport School District
Students:
· Non-Gulfport School District Student
(18 and younger) must enter on the visitor side unless:
o
They
are accompanied by a Gulfport School District Student who accepts responsibility
for their actions at the game via sign-in sheet.
o
They
are accompanied by the parent of a Gulfport School District Student who accepts
responsibility for their actions at the game via sign-in sheet.
Student Behavior:
· Misbehaving students will be ejected
from the game.
· Parents will be contacted and asked
to transport the student of premises.
· Students whose parents do not arrive
to transport their student off premises will not be allowed to return for
future games.
